A Biocybernetic Approach To Sydney’s Sustainable Development

Using biocybernetic thinking to identify and create simple interconnected systems of urban development, we formulate a high-level strategy for the sustainable development of Sydney over the long-term.

The approach was developed by biochemist Prof. Frederic Vester and is based on biology principles. The metrics used in identifying sustainable development are based on those outlined in ISO 37120.
